Members meeting
Wednesday, 16th July 2008It is the first time we have called an extraordinary members meeting but here it is. We are calling this meeting to discuss the on going strategy of the club and are inviting members who wish to make a representation and show their interest in the continuation of the clubs activities.
Faced with a rather large ongoing investment plan in the building structure but a bleak economic outlook for the next couple of years, it is time to discuss the future with our most committed clients who have an interest in the continuance of the project to add their thoughts and ideas. You are all most welcome to attend the meeting on the 30th July 7pm sharp at the Hellfire venue, however if you would please drop us a line either by email or phone to confirm you will be attending we can make sure there is adequate seating for you. If you wish to eat then please indicate this in your correspondance
